I am keeping a list of 101 things I'd like to accomplish in the next 1001 days. For me, 1001 days (2.75 years) is a happy medium between writing a to do list and keeping a bucket list. It's a way to dream big and make regular progress toward meeting those longer term goals. I'm sharing my list in bits and pieces but here are the goals I've shared so far.
1. Come up with 101 things (February 2011).
2. Inspire someone else to write a 101 in 1001 list of her own (Roxy, February 2011).
3. Move into my first apartment.
4. Have my apartment published on a major blog or in an online magazine.
5. Work for one of my dream companies.
6. Start my own company, either on the side or full-time.
7. Redesign my blog to make it a reflection of my person style (January 2011).
8. Tie up loose ends: business cards, Facebook, Twitter (February 2011).
9. Launch an inspiring interview series on my blog (The Design Dialogues, February 2011).
10. Be able to better define my aesthetic, in both fashion and interior design.
11. Scrutinize the contents of my closet and donate, store, or toss all the things I never wear (June 2011).
12. Throw my first dinner party.
13. Go skinny dipping (May 2011).
14. Take on an interior design client (March 2011).
16. Take a ballroom dance class.
17. Attend one show at New York Fashion Week.
18. Buy my parents an Apple computer.
19. Drink eight glasses of water every day for one week.
21. Read all the Harry Potter books (September 2011).
22. See all the Harry Potter movies (3/8).
23. Send fifty handwritten notes (23/50.
