OUTFIT {AUSTIN BOUND}

Thank you all for your helpful tips for visiting Austin! I am so excited to explore the capital of live music and visit your favorite boutiques and cafés. Above are a few of the things I’ll be packing for the trip: easy t-shirts (this one’s on sale for $18!), the perfect white pants (last seen here), and casual accessories like a floppy sun hat and leather tote. The bag is really great quality for the price and will be the perfect carry-on, not to mention my new everyday bag since it fits my laptop! Three cheers for cute basics on a budget.

  1. I had to track down this post to say THANK YOU for featuring clothing from retailers that carry nice-looking plus-size pieces at affordable prices. It seems like so much plus-size clothing out there is ugly or looks like mom clothes. I am a plus-size petite so it’s really hard for me to find clothes in just any store. I do shop from Old Navy, but usually just for pants because they have the right size and length.

    I probably would not have chosen this gorgeous top for myself just browsing through the store or the website, but after you featured it here I was a little obsessed. I found it recently marked down online to $10 (through an online promo and using SuperCash) and it came in the mail today — really, really love it, even though I am a plus-size. I’m not brave enough to wear white pants like yours but it looks really great with jeans and with navy chinos (and Jacks, of course).

    Thanks again for featuring Old Navy clothes!! I think you’ve done an awesome job pulling out some really stylish gems from their current line and I really appreciate that they are plus-size friendly. I would love to see more in the future 🙂

  2. This outfit is so cute! I have the hat and shoes and I think I need to go track down that bag before I head to the Texas coast this weekend! Have so much fun in Austin 🙂
