This weekend was such a blast. Thanks to my friend Chassity of Look Linger Love and the Charleston Convention & Visitors Bureau, a bunch of blogger friends — Amy, Amy, Carly, Caroline, Grace, Jamie, Mary — and I were flown down to the Holy City to soak in beautiful architecture, delicious food, and wonderful company. It was such a treat to spend three days in a new-to-me city with some of my favorite people on earth. I already can’t wait to go back!
A walking tour through the historic district with Bulldog Tours
Pit stops for outfit pictures were necessary (I wore this top, these shorts, this bag, and these shoes)
The most exquisite lunch at Chassity’s home
Piled onto Chassity’s porch swing!
Dinner and drinks at the Croghan family’s gorgeous home
Clearly telling a very captivating tale (wearing this dress [sold out, also love this and this] and these earrings)
Sunday brunch at our hotel, the Mills House (wearing this sweater — only $59 with code TGIFALL)
Then Amy, Carly, Grace, and I headed home, which went something like this: two hour delay, freezing in the airport (doing things like this to pass the time…), sitting next to a screaming baby on the flight, and full-blown winter in New York when we finally landed. I know I speak for all four of us when I say we would have rather rerouted the flight back to sunny Charleston. Many thanks to Chassity and Molly and Julia of Charleston CVB for an unforgettable weekend in your beautiful city!!!
