One of the projects I’m most excited to tackle in our new house is wallpapering our powder room. When I was in high school, I babysat for a family with black and white toile wallpaper in their powder room and always thought it was such a fun and unexpected detail. Since we painted all our walls white before we moved in, I think the powder room off our living room is the perfect spot for a pop of color and pattern!

I love the green trellis and little blue chairs! Here are a few of the wallpaper options I’m loving that I think might work for us.

  1. I like the Hive and the Fret wallpaper. Either would be a good contrast to your classic design. Plus it would still be cohesive since it’s in your favorite colors. I love a mix of modern and classic!

  2. I love a wallpapered powder room! Katie Kime’s wallpapers are all gorgeous, and I think they’re in line with your look, too. I look forward to seeing your final selection!

  3. I absolutely adore both ginger jar papers! I’ve always loved powder rooms as a tiny space to make extra feminine, in a sea of gender neutral compromises.

  4. I’m love love loving the pink and white paris scene wallpaper!! Super cute and simple.

Also, please check out my new collection of paintings on my blog which my shop is now linked to as well!!

  5. I love wallpaper! I think the rope one would tie in well with the rest of your decor. There are so many great options out there, have you check out Ralph Lauren wallpaper? I think you would like it. Not going to lie, I have a roll of Ralph Lauren’s Homeport stashed away for a future project…

  6. Wallpapered powder rooms are the best! Love the Hive and Canton Persimmon! We have a bold wallpaper in our front entry and I love it! So fun to see the design progress in your new home.

  7. My favorites are the last two (fret and canton cobalt). Can’t go wrong with any of them though, they’re all gorgeous! I like how even though there’s a mostly consistent color scheme in the wallpapers you chose, they all would give a different feel to the room depending whether you want to go more mod or nautical or classic prep or have a punchy vibrant orange-red statement color! Such good design inspiration!
