I don’t know about you but it’s been one hell of a week around here. I don’t know what it is but I haven’t gotten a good night’s sleep in probably two weeks — I keep having these crazy nightmares and waking up trying to remember what’s real and what was just part of the dream. My sister Reilly says I should start a dream journal. 😂 Anyway, this weekend we’re grabbing dinner with a group of friends tonight, working out and taking Rory to the vet tomorrow, and hoping to catch up on sleep and work… not the most exciting but when you’ve been dreaming about plane crashes all week, it doesn’t sound half bad.

I might try to squeeze in a little retail therapy as well because my spring wishlist is growing longer by the day.   1. Ahh that’s frustrating about the sleep thing! I haven’t been sleeping well either and my mind has been running at full speed when I lay down at night. Your sister is right about the dream journal, and one other tip I tell my training clients is to keep a piece of paper or a notebook by your bedside and write down any and all thoughts that keep you up or your mind busy. That way, it’s kind of like a “brain dump” and you can get it all out for a more restful night.
