I just have to say: there are few things more exciting for a small business owner than introducing a new product that immediately flies off the shelves. I fell in love with these tassel necklaces the moment I found them but I never know for sure how something will sell until I press publish and send it out into the world! We’ve since sold out of these necklaces twice and just restocked them in both colors — I’m so happy you all are loving them as much as I do and forever grateful for each and every order that comes our way!
On a particularly hot day in Dallas, I wore mine with a seersucker top and my new gold gladiator sandals. I love that the top pairs a preppy fabric with a trendier style — I wore it again this past weekend with navy shorts for an afternoon at Will’s family’s lake house. Speaking of shorts, I definitely should have swapped out my white jeans in this outfit for white denim shorts — does anyone have a favorite pair you’d recommend? I’d love to pick up a pair for summer!
seersucker off-the-shoulder top (under $100) // white skinny jeans
cat eye sunnies // pearl studs // tassel necklace (under $60)
rattan clutch (under $100) // gold gladiator sandals (under $60)
I picked up this rattan clutch from J.Crew literally an hour before my friend Shelly’s wedding in Greenwich last month when I realized I’d completely forgotten to pack a clutch to go with my dress… I already have several similar clutches so I was pretty mad at myself for having to make the last-minute purchase but now that I’ve gotten a lot of use out of it I suppose I’m of the mindset that a girl can never own too many straw accessories (case in point). Here’s to a great week, everyone!

Such a cute look! I love that the elastic on the seersucker top isn’t super thick, since I’ve found wider ones can have a weird effect with a strapless bra! As for the shorts- don’t laugh, but I recently ordered a pair at Abercrombie on a whim and LOVE them. Just the right amount of stretch in a great wash, and they’re super comfy and well-priced. Brings me back to high school!
I love all your off the shoulder shirts you’ve been posting about, however, the price point is too high for me. Do you have any suggestions for 60$ and under off the shoulder shirts similar to the ones you’ve been posting about?
Hi Daryn,
Thanks for reading! Here are a few similar off-the-shoulder tops that fit your budget: one, two, three, four. I hope that helps!
Best,
Mackenzie
