We had a very relaxing weekend visiting Will’s grandparents in Indiana and now it’s back to the swing of things in Dallas. Thankfully it’s supposed to cool off a bit this week and tonight I think I’m going to swing by Highland Park Village to pick up a copy of Beautiful and meet Mark D. Sikes, author of the book and designer of MDS Stripes, one of my all-time favorite lines (which I wore for our engagement photos that I promise you’ll see soon!).
Ali coincidentally snapped these photos last week in the same spot as tonight’s book signing but don’t be surprised if you see me wearing these nude bow heels again because I am downright obsessed! I’ve worn my Alice + Olivia heels in navy and nude more times than I can count both on the blog and in my everyday life so when I saw this similar pair with a grosgrain ribbon, it took me 0.2 seconds to add them to my cart. This is exactly the kind of shoe I can see wearing for our wedding — chic, neutral, with a fun little twist!
P.S. This dress is pretty roomy so I can see myself wearing it with a belt or a blazer to add some structure. The fabric is super soft and it’s insanely comfortable so if you’re interested in purchasing, just order a size down!
Ray-Ban sunglasses // KJL pearl studs // Cupcakes & Cashmere dress
Annabel Ingall satchel // Alice + Olivia Dominique pumps (also available in navy)
I LOVE these heels! They remind me so much of ballet slippers!

I love those heels! They are beyond perfect! Bows and the point shoe look to them makes them so beautiful!
Love the sweet Peter Pan collar on this dress! And of course, those shoes! Slap a bow on anything, and I’m happy!

I’m loving the bow! Nothing is better than finding a new pair of shoes you fall in love with 🙂 Especially if they are comfy to walk in!
