After a fun-filled day exploring Horseshoe Bay and visiting Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, we headed back to the Hamilton Princess to freshen up and head down to dinner at Marcus. The restaurant is situated off the hotel lobby overlooking the harbor and came highly recommended by many of you when I first mentioned we were planning the trip!
I was definitely a repeat offender with my accessories this week since I had to pack for Bermuda and Thanksgiving in Rhode Island in one suitcase! The bag is Cult Gaia and the sandals are Loeffler Randall (I’m coveting practically all of their shoes this season!).
I decided to play up the gold buttons on this J.Crew sailor skirt with a gold shell necklace and the gold scalloped sandals. This draped shirt from Madewell is a new favorite basic of mine and looks just as cute with a pair of skinny jeans — it also comes in a pretty olive green color and is under $100. #yesplease
Before dinner, we took another little walk around the city of Hamilton. This hotel was right across the street from the Hamilton Princess and, while I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay, it did make for a pretty view!
This sailor skirt sold out during J.Crew’s Cyber Monday promo which I am so bummed about because it is one of my favorite recent purchases! I did a little digging and found a few similarly nautical-inspired pieces that I’ll link in a slideshow at the end of the post.
We had cocktails on the deck before our dinner reservation and right as the sun set and it started to get a little chilly, the hostess offered us shawls to put around our shoulders to stay warm. If that’s not incredible service, I don’t know what is! Both the cocktails and our dinner were fantastic and yet again the service was out of this world. If you’re planning a trip to Bermuda, Marcus is a must for dinner!

If you ever return to Bermuda, that hotel across the street, the Rosedon, is 100% worth the stay. I go to Bermuda about once a year for work, and after staying at the Hamilton Princess a few times, I decided to switch it up and try the Rosedon. I don’t think I could ever go back. Ever. It is one of my favourite hotel experiences…so much charm! And they deliver your made-to-order complimentary breakfast anywhere on the property!
Express has a sailor skirt nearly identical! I saw it at my local store over the weekend!
p.s. Mackenzie, you’re my favorite! I <3 you!
Ooh I will check it out! And thank you — that means the world to me!
This outfit is so cute, Mackenzie! Totally makes me miss warm, sunny, spring and summer days!

I love this whole look but especially the skirt! Such a classic, preppy skirt that I feel like I need to add to my closet.
Which size is that Cult Gia bag? It’s so hard to tell the difference between the small and large online!
It’s the small! 🙂
This outfit is gorgeous and this place looks beautiful!
