I just love this time of year when everything is in bloom! Nantucket is probably a couple weeks behind Connecticut in terms of weather (which is fine by me because we’re crossing our fingers we’ll still have hydrangeas for our September wedding!) but the climbing roses are starting to open up all over the island. My brother and I spotted this gorgeous rose-covered arbor in Southport last week and immediately pulled over to take pictures. There’s a similar arbor at our reception venue and I can only hope it looks half this pretty in a couple months!
I’ve said about a dozen times that I’m a maniac for all things Milly this season and this scallop tank top is no exception. Isn’t it adorable? It also comes in black and I found a budget-friendly alternative if it’s nothing something you want to splurge on. I also love these high waisted shorts — I think they’re so much more interesting (and a little more dressed up) than shorts with a lower rise and they almost look more like a skirt. I have a longer torso and shorter legs so I love that they even out my proportions a bit!

Ray-Ban clubmasters // Milly wicker satchel // Sam Edelman pointed toe flats (also love these)

The high waisted shorts are super cute, they can double as a skirt!

Hi! I believe it is Essie Bachelorette Bash 🙂
Gah! So cute, lady!
Wicker bags are delightful! I appreciate how timeless they are, making them more of an investment than a trendy piece.
I totally agree! I still have a couple wicker bags from high school and love them just as much ten years later.
