What are everyone’s plans for the Fourth of July? I can’t believe it’s already next week! Will and I will be out on Nantucket with our friends Ali, Amy, Patrick, and my brothers and their friends. It will be a full house! We’re also getting dinner with Gray and his husband one night which I’m so looking forward to! Wishing you all a holiday full of fireworks, rosé, and lots of red, white, and blue!
Today I’m partnering with Maison Jules to share three outfit ideas for the Fourth of July. Available at Macy’s, the line features lots of nautical stripes and preppy prints at a budget-friendly price point. Will and I took pictures at some of our favorite places on the island — downtown near my favorite ice cream shop, the boat basin, and the lighthouse where we took our engagement pictures! — showcasing my favorite Maison Jules pieces, all under $100. I hope you enjoy!
If you’re headed to a barbecue, this red and white off the shoulder top pairs adorably with white shorts and a wicker bag. You could dress it up with a pair of wedges or keep it casual in a pair of sneakers. I love just about anything off the shoulder and this top is now one of the softest ones I own.
If your Fourth of July plans involve dinner reservations or cocktails during the fireworks, this striped midi dress is a great option. I love a good wrap style dress and the tie on this one makes it easy to adjust the fit and cinch in at the waist. This would also be fabulous for a sunset sail around the harbor!
If you’re having a laid back Fourth of July, a top and shorts are the way to go. This white ruffled top is an easy basic but I’m most obsessed with these anchor print shorts! They’d be perfect for a patriotic picnic or even worn over a swimsuit at the beach.
