PEEL AND STICK WALLPAPER OPTIONS FOR OUR POWDER ROOM

I wrote about ordering a sink skirt for our powder room a few weeks ago and even though not all of you love the look, I think I’m still going to give it a go! My mother-in-law also suggested doing a peel and stick wallpaper which I think will be really fun, so once we decide on a pattern for that, I’ll order a sink skirt in a coordinating color palette.

I’ve never used peel and stick wallpaper before so I’ve been having fun sourcing a bunch of options for this tiny space. I love the look of a wallpapered bathroom (as you’ve seen here, here, and here!) and I’m excited to do something fun and temporary in the house we’re renting. Please let me know your favorite(s) in the comments!

  1. I love the blue floral and chinoiserie and love the idea of a sink skirt. I’ve been eyeing the blue floral print for a while now, but unfortunately don’t have anywhere to put it in my apartment (our bathroom walls are fully tiled) – can’t wait to see what you do!

  2. Sorry-I’m having trouble navigating colors. Are there any pinks you like? I saw the Chinoiserie in Daffodils, and it was darling!

  3. We used temporary wallpaper in our last apartment entryway, and now we have traditional wallpaper in our powder room and it’s my favorite room! I would recommend springing for professional installation. Even though temporary wallpaper seems less scary, the precision and correct tools is still really important. For such a small space, it shouldn’t be too expensive. (And I LOVE the spots option!)

  4. Mmmm. Hard to decide. I really liked the chinoiserie and because you wouldn’t have to live with it for a decade, I would be willing to give it a whirl. Then again, that navy grasscloth really called out to me too. Two different looks, I agree. I am a conflicted designer. LOL I will be anxious to know what you reviews are on this product. How easy is it to install and does it really come down easily and if it does, does it stay up when you need it to.

  5. I love these! Wallpaper is especially fun + impactful in smaller spaces like powder rooms.

    My faves are:

    chinoiserie
light blue grasscloth (that blue is the perfect shade!)
blue and white dots peel and stick wallpaper

  6. Agree – navy floral. What a fun idea! I had this in my old apartment and did a feature wall in my bedroom. It was super easy to remove when I left – enjoy!
