PALM BEACH WITH VINEYARD VINES

We had the best time in Palm Beach last week celebrating the new Vineyard Vines x Palm Beach Lately collection. I’m so proud of my friends Beth and Danielle for designing such a beautiful collection and grateful to the Vineyard Vines team for putting together so many wonderful experiences. I feel incredibly lucky that they were willing to include Will and Teddy on the trip and work around my schedule as far as breastfeeding was concerned. I know not all women have that flexibility at work and it’s something I do not take for granted! Beth gave birth to her baby girl Edie five days after I had Teddy and it was so nice to pick her brain and spend time with both their families. I thank my lucky stars every time I get to work with great people in a beautiful place and this trip was exactly that. Shea Christine took all the photos on the trip and she captured everything so beautifully!

I love these photos of our little fam! We stayed at the Colony Hotel and I couldn’t wait to take Teddy for a dip in the pool. He loves, loves, loves bath time so I had a hunch he would love it and I think it made me just as happy as it made him. I’m wearing this hat from the Palm Beach Lately collection and I love both the shape and the fact that it holds up well in a suitcase. And I’ll be living in this seersucker cover-up come summer on Nantucket!

We had such a great crew! I knew Ashley, Beth, and Danielle from past travels but it was my first time meeting Nita and Venita. We were supposed to go on a boat ride but the weather was looking a little iffy so we headed to Lycette for a needlepointing lesson! My Grandy taught me how to needlepoint the summer before our wedding (more on that here!) and I actually bought a Nantucket key fob canvas from Lycette on our trip last year when I was pregnant with Teddy. The store is absolutely gorgeous in person — a must-visit whether you’re a needlepoint pro or just getting started!

On our first night we had dinner at Renato’s and I wore this bamboo lattice print jumpsuit. I love the print so much I got the swimsuit version as well! The jumpsuit would be so cute for a bachelorette party or bridal shower. I love the twist at the neck!

We started the next morning checking out the full collection at the Vineyard Vines store in Palm Beach. Everything is pink and white perfection! Beth and Danielle did such a great job designing pieces that are true to the brand they’ve built and we were all swooning over the photos they took with their little ones. Fam goals for sure!

Next we went for a gorgeous bike ride on Lake Trail that ended with brunch at Sant Ambroeus. I wore this striped sweater from the collection with a baseball cap and Superga sneaks and can’t get over how long my hair looks in these photos! I swear it’s falling out by the handful right now and I can’t remember the last time I had it cut (pre-Teddy for sure ?). Also I’m dying to recreate this pink and orange bouquet at home.

Will and Teddy joined us for an afternoon at the beach, where the team from the Colony created the dreamiest set-up complete with pink Yeti coolers (need!). Teddy wore the tiniest little Shep shirt and my heart could hardly take it. We dipped our toes in the ocean and he loved it! Not sure he’ll be so enthused when the water is a solid 15 degrees cooler on Nantucket this summer, but we’ll work on it. 🙂

That night there was a party at the Colony to celebrate the collection and three of us wore this wrap jumpsuit! I paired it with these festive mules which match the gold stripe on the jumpsuit. Teddy came down for a portion of the night and was loving the live music until he fell asleep directly in front of the speakers… sooo I guess it’s time for me to start playing guitar so he’ll start to nap on occasion. ? It was such a fun night and the perfect way to end the trip! Be sure to check out the full collection here and let me know if you have any questions about sizing as I’m happy to help!

P.S. My last adventure with Vineyard Vines!
