FACE MASK ROUND-UP

Today I’ve rounded up a number of non-surgical face masks as some states start to lift restrictions on stay at home orders over the next few weeks. It seems face masks will be part of our new normal in the months to come and ordering a mask is a nice way to support a small business that’s started making masks as a way to generate revenue in an otherwise difficult time. It’s important to note that none of these are medical-grade masks and therefore must be paired with filters (including coffee filters you might already have at home) in order to be considered effective. And I hope it goes without saying that I still urge everyone to stay home as much as humanly possible and practice social distancing while wearing a face mask any time you do leave the house. Like everyone else, I still have no idea what life will look like a month or two months or a year from now and if there’s any way I can be remotely helpful in navigating our new normal, I’m all ears!

  1. HI McKenzie! Thank you so much for this wonderful round-up – I will definitely be ordering a few from this blogpost! I was so happily surprised to see you featured a face mask from Parker Thatch since it’s a shop in my small town in the Bay Area, and the source of many birthday/Christmas gifts for the past 3 years! On another note, I wanted to tell you about these face masks from Lele Sadoughi! They have multiple 3-packs, but my favorite is in the color “cloud” which features a blue seersucker with pearls, embroidered daisies, and black with gold stars. They are so cute and comfortable!
