I have eight weeks until my due date for baby #2 and I’m hoping they’re filled to the brim with completed house projects! Truth be told, the progress has felt pretty slow-going thanks to lots of shipping and weather delays so it’s extra helpful for me to look back at the before photos and my first update to see how far we’ve actually come. I’m hopeful the plumbing and vanity will have gone in by the time I write my next update, but in the mean time the white subway tile, the new bathtub, and the white penny tile have really done their job brightening this space up. Both these tile selects are very affordable relative to other options and it’s a great reminder that you don’t have to spend a fortune on materials to create a totally different look! I’m excited to bring in color with wallpaper, artwork, and piped towels, but I’m loving the lighter and brighter look already!

  1. I hope your remodeling work gets completed on time. The bathroom looks awesome and the photos clearly indicate that. The light color is particularly nice. Many people will find this useful. Keep posting the updates. Thank you very much.

    1. It’s one shade darker than white so the very lightest gray! Let me see if I can find out the exact name and I’ll include it in the next blog post if I can track it down for you. 🙂
