CUSTOMIZABLE FINE ART FROM MINTED

I showed you guys the custom silhouette prints I ordered from Minted just before Christmas (I actually gave them as gifts to Will’s parents but then had to order the letterpress versions to keep!) and was so excited to learn about a new product they’re offering: customizable fine art! You can browse over 250 pieces of art on their website and then their designers will help you tweak each piece to suit your preferences or pick up on existing colors in your space. How cool is that?!

I decided on prints of these two abstract paintings to hang over the desk I’m currently using in our guest bedroom. I fell in love with the combination of blues in this “Blue Horizon” painting by Colleen Ehrlich and just asked the Minted designer to make the lowest color more white in the finished piece. Then I loved the idea of this similarly colorblocked “Deep Blue Bay” painting by Carol C. Young but wanted to change the shade of pink since it’s not a color we have elsewhere in our home — I was seriously impressed when Minted matched an exact Pantone shade of green to replace the pink entirely and make the color palette fit seamlessly with the rest of our space!

A few more pieces I considered: this landscape photography (think it would be pretty to add a blue sky!), this pretty abstract (would love this in a mix of greens!), this ocean photography, this water photographythis wave photography… but the options for customization are truly endless! You can start browsing Minted’s fine art selection here and use code MACKENZIECFA75 to waive the $75 customization fee on orders over $250. Happy creating!
