TWO FALL LOOKS WITH VINEYARD VINES

I won’t pretend that I’ve gotten properly dressed every day (or even most days…) since March, but it definitely puts a skip in my step when I do! I very much look forward to the day it feels safe to be more out and about, but in the mean time it’s still nice to throw on a pair of jeans for our morning walks vs. my usual yoga pants and sneakers get-up. The fall foliage is amazing in Connecticut right now and like every year I’m living for the sweater weather!

I wanted to share two looks the Vineyard Vines team sent over that are super cute for fall. Their women’s styles have improved so much over the past few years and I especially notice a difference in the fit! This striped shirtdress is a classic piece in the most perfect wrinkle-resistant performance fabric. Here I’m wearing it with these earrings and my Tretorn sneakers but it would honestly work three seasons out of the year in most places — fall with a field jacket and booties, spring with a pair of flats, and summer over a swimsuit or with Jack Rogers!

They also sent over this cozy turtleneck sweater that’s super soft and has a marled pattern that reads as solid navy. I wore it with white jeans, a canvas tote (this one is huge and would be great for a weekend trip), and suede booties but it would also be cute tucked into a skirt with riding boots.

And a few other new arrivals I have my eye on… this classic fisherman sweaterthis cozy sherpa vest, and this perfect striped top!
